1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

  • Unopened Products: Full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Damaged Items: Refund or replacement if products arrive damaged due to shipping process.
  • Wrong Items Shipped: Free return shipping for incorrect orders (notify us within 7 days of delivery).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/Used Supplements: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
  • Defective Items:Due to the nature of mass production, minor manufacturing defects may occur. NO refunds or replacements for such cases.
  • Personalized/Custom Orders: Non-refundable unless defective.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked products (e.g., clearance/discounted items).

3. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Via Email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Provide Proof: Include order number, photos of the product (if defective), and reason for return.
  • Approval: We’ll email a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 48 hours.
  • Ship Back: Send the product to our warehouse (address provided) with the RA number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

4. Refund Timeline & Methods

  • Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for incorrect/damaged items are free (customer covers return shipping for non-defective exchanges).
