MODIFICATION TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the products.

MAKE A PURCHASE

While making a purchase, please make sure the goods, colors, sizes, quantities and addresses are accurate before you make a payment.

The rounding of the number shown in the invoice (if any) is the reference point of the results of some numbering mechanisms.

When Order Confirmation is sent to your email, your product is under the responsibility of a third party (postal delivery service provider) and we are not responsible for your losing order if distribution evidence is granted. Any complaints should be made to a third party (post delivery service provider) and we will assist you to get a compensation (if any).

For any international reservations, customs and import duties imposed on orders arriving at the destination country (if any) must be paid by the recipient’s order.

PAYMENT

All payments made must be made directly to Toys Archive Enterprise or via authorize payment gateway provider.  Payment cannot be calculated completely as long as all payment amounts are not received by us.

Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders that have been received by us.

ORDER EXCHANGE/ RETURN

1) All refunds must be made in the condition of the item UNUSED, UNWASHED AND IN THE GOOD CONDITIONS WITH ALL TAGS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED.

2) All the returns item must be posted within 7 days after you receive a the goods.

All items returned (including damaged items) that do not comply with the above 2 rules (1. & 2.) will not be processed by us.

The buyer must bear the cost of posting the item returned to us.

Please note that there will be a difference in product measurements. The size of the different items in this gap will not be accepted as damaged goods. Please be advised that there may be differences in the color variance of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. TOYSARCHIVE.MY displays all items as accurately as possible. Any return transactions due to differences in color variance will not be processed by us.

All items are not ironed before they are mailed to buyers. Wrinkles and folding effects will not be accepted as damaged items.

All returns will be processed by the Returning Section and will take up to 5 working days from the date of receipt of your returned item.

TOYSARCHIVE.MY is not responsible for all TOYSARCHIVE.MY items sold by third parties.

All unclaimed items will be returned to us within 60 days after the notice email has been sent.

WEBSITE USAGE

TOYSARCHIVE.MY may display images, articles, information, digital images, texts, data, games, censorship, contests, promotions, advertising, logos, copyrights and any form of content which we feel appealing to our customers and visitors. This content can be viewed, transferred, shared and stored by our customer and website visitors. 

Some contents including images and logos belong to respective original owner or product manufacturer. These materials are used only for product information and branding reference purposes.
