1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all states in Malaysia via our trusted courier partners.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Raya).
  • Orders placed after 2PM MYT will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Failed Delivery: Couriers will attempt delivery twice. After that, contact us within 7 days to reship (fees may apply).
  • Wrong Address: Notify us within 24 hours of order confirmation. No changes once shipped.
  • Damaged Packages: Refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos of damage.
